Adoptive Families for Children-USA (AFFC-USA) is a full-service adoption program authorized to operate in the state of New York. Our adoption agency provides comprehensive, confidential adoption services to both adoptive parents and birth parents. If you are an individual or couple hoping to build the family of your dreams, or an expectant parent considering child placement options, our experienced professionals are ready to help you achieve your goal. The AFFC-USA team will communicate and simplify the adoption process, standing with you from start to finish, because we understand that adoption is never one size fits all. All services provided to birth parents are entirely confidential and free of charge. AFFC-USA proudly supports the adoptive rights of LGBTQ families.
Our sister adoption agency, Adoptive Families for Children, has been a licensed child placing agency in New Hampshire since 1981 and in Connecticut since 1997. Although our main office is located in New Hampshire, there is no requirement that AFFC-USA clients must visit us in person — though we’d love to meet you. Most of our consultations and meetings can be done via telephone and video conferences.
